Mike Miller and Griswold being hurt opens up a nice opportunity for Erik Swoope.

Not sure if Miller is hurt unless he did it in the offseason or something.  He's on the Non Football Injury list.

Geathers and miller doesn't sound like a huge deal right now there usually always bigger names on the non football injury list and will hopefully be back next week so I'm not worried until the coaches come back saying something negative... however darion griswold surprises me a tad, anyone know of his injury?

it means he can miss up to the first 6 weeks and then has to be taken off the PUP or he goes to IR

Yes I understand that just didn't know if being put on PUP means you have to miss the first 6, or can be activated say week 3

On a semi positive note Greene has to be better than ole "Hulk Roids" so it could be worse.

Coaches have talked up how quick he picked up the playbook and how fast he can play already understanding what he is suppose to be doing on the field .

Does this mean anderson must miss first 6 weeks or can he be taken off pup at a later time

Yes he can be taken off the list tomorrow if he passes a physical.
"A player on the PUP list can be removed and added to the roster at any point during training camp or the preseason. That occurs when a player is medically cleared to participate. If, however, that player is still on the PUP list when the regular season begins he is not eligible to return until after six (6) weeks of the regular season. After that six-week regular season period teams get a three-week window to decide whether to add a player to the 53-man roster, put him on injured reserve or release him."
