If the 2014 season starts and McGlynn is not on the roster and Satele is not on the roster and Linkonhisback is not on the roster then the season is successful.

Most important to me is that we see improvement in all facets of the team's play.  If that happens, the results should take care of themselves.

Winning the division and at least a play off win again. I would also like to see more consistency throughout the season. Although there will always be losses and off days I would like to avoid the Rams, Cardinals and Bengals type of games. And to an extent the Chargers game.

good point. As a fan and I think others would agree- some consistency is nice. It becomes more your team.....
