I would be happy to continue but it looks like the Lions don't have a 4th rounder. Very happy with their draft.

There are a few teams that have no GMs. You can offer me a trade and can move into the 4th round. Same with you, @Jared Cisneros

The picks available to trade are #133, #134, #137 and #139..

Thanks, I may do that depending on the team and player available. Would be fun to get someone in the 4th for the Colts.

Okay. You will note that several teams have no GMs. (See list of fourth round picks.) I can trade away some of their picks. @RNGDShobby I am willing to trade away the picks of those teams with no GMs.

I will be unavailable from 9AM ET until 5 PM ET.  I will be back about an hour and a half before the draft. I can approve trade requests then. I may check again mid-day.

I should be able to manage, but if @The Old Crow wants to make a couple selections himself for his team, then by all means feel free to give him a few!

You are the GM; so you make the picks. But maybe he can make suggestions. If I were picking for any team other than the Vikings at this point of the draft, I would not know exactly who would fit a team.

But no, you make the picks. :)

@NFLfan

I think there's a correction needed in Round 4 picks due to an earlier second round trade between Vikings and Jets.

Vikings earlier traded pick#46

for

Jets picks #69, #109 and #117.

So, vikings should be tagged for picks

#109 and #117 today for round 4.

Sorry for not bringing up earlier, I knew something wasn't right, as I messaged few days back about vikings picks in Round 4, but just now am able to get around to see this needed correction.

@coltsfanejlet us know if this is correct. Jets will have only one pick #111 in round 4.

I apologize. I knew that something was not right but I did not know which ones.  I had deleted all the PMs with trades so that I could clear up space so that others can send me messages.

I will update it.

Can you have this trade approved, if Steelers pick #138 is available for trade:

Seahawks trade picks #152 & #153

For Steelers pick #138.

This way, Seahawks will get a round 4 selection today.

I would like to see if anyone else would like to trade to #138 (someone other than Jared, Shobby, and you.) When close to #130, I will approve it if no one else requests it.  Thank you.

Hello all. We will get started with our final round of the 2022 Gavin Mock Draft. We will make all the picks in the round tonight. If you miss the time of your selection, you can make it at any time.

I will try to keep up with updating the Big Board which is on the first page.

We will start with @VikingsFanInChennai for the Cowboys, then two consecutive picks for the Texans by @John Hammonds

The Houston Texans have back-to-back picks.

With the 107th pick in the draft, the Texans choose

Brandon Smith, OLB, Penn State

With the 108th pick in the draft, the Texans choose my favorite player in the draft

Smoke Monday, S, Auburn

Now I'll wait for @NFLfan to tell me that Brandon Smith was already taken.  (waiting)

Nope you are fine.  What makes you say that? He is on the Big Board.

I downloaded my own board from DraftTek into excel, and have been keeping track separately.  So I wouldn't have to keep going back to what was posted earlier in the thread.  I missed your picking Quay Walker and picked him myself later on.  So I was just joking that I'm probably going to do the whole thing all over again!  Wash, rinse, repeat!

So...  the Rams pick isn't until almost 10:00.  Will see you in nearly 3 hours!

Imagine me. I have to update the Big Board and two lists of draft picks and let folks know they are on the clock. I have a separate window open with the Big Board, one for the comments/picks, and one for PMs.

With the 109th pick in the 2022 Gavin Mock Draft, the Vikings select

Cole Strange, C/OG, Chattanooga

@WarGhost21 you are next for the first of your picks

Dang, the last-second snipe!!

On a pivot, the Baltimore Ravens move toward another position of need and select:

Eyioma Uwazurike, DL, Iowa State

Uwazurike was a four-year starter for the Cyclones, and his rare combination of size and versatility will allow him to play multiple spots along the Raven's defensive front.

@coltsfanejis on the clock with the Jets!

Haha he's a great pick. I might have to scramble for my last couple of picks this round if it keeps up, though. All three of my top options I had picked out haven't made it past the inaugural 5 picks of this round (Sam Williams, Strange, and Uwazurike)

One of our fellow Vikings fan is a Cyclones alum. I am sure he is banging the table for him.

    • To me with QBs it's kind of a binary proposition - if you hit, it doesn't matter what it costs, it's a huge success... and if you don't hit - again - it doesn't matter what it costs - it's a failure.    I also don't believe the destiny for most QBs is predetermined. I think there is some chunk of QBs that will succeed no matter what, no matter the situation(pretty much Luck types) and then there are some that will fail no matter what(don't have the physical and/or mental abilities to push through difficult times and development)... BUT IMO there is a BIG chunk of QBs that have wide range of outcomes that are dependent on their environment and the culture in the organization they end up in. This means that a lot of the players we are counting as busts, IMO in a different situation might have ended up different QBs. And if there is something Ballard and Reich have managed to ace IMO it's the culture and structure aspect of running this franchise. IMO we have one of the stronger organizations in that aspect in the league and I like Frank as a QB coach. In essence, I trust in  this coach and this situation to be able to develop a QB more than most in the league. And again - there is no guarantee, but I feel like the Jordan Love's, Justin Fields, Trey Lance's, Malik Willis' of the world would have a good shot to succeed in this environment.
    • From the practices sessions and breakdowns have been reading it seems Wesley French has been winning and holding his own.  Knew he had a high RAS and 81" wing span and was one of my favorite UDFA players.  Keeping French as the backup Center makes a lot of sense to me with Pinter earning starter play at RG.  Will Fries has done nothing to impress and even Smith is having some troubles at RT, again what I have read posted good/bad from practice sessions.  Matt Pryor has been doing well but still a lot of backup OL players needing to step up imo.
    • Reich said they may hold a few guys out.  I think you won’t see much or any of Taylor, Buckner, maybe Gilmore.  Guys they know will be fine and you are taking a bigger risk with injury than it’s worth.  Even if he returns to action before the end of the pre-season I doubt you see Leonard.     id say you won’t see Nelson or Kelly but if Matt Ryan is out there (and he needs to be) I think the whole starting line is out there.
    • Did any women make civil or criminal complaints against Kraft?
    • That's why he probably has not been able to stick with  a team. Sure he gets 10 sacks  but man at that weight how can we expect him to be good  against the run? I mean a good TE could stone wall him lol.
