We have all 22 starters returning, and I think we just improved two spots on day 1 with the first two picks. Depth possibility improved with the rest of the draft.
So on paper, that’s an excellent draft. Of course we can’t give it a real grade until we see them play.
Now bring in a veteran CB and Safety!
Bottom line is we weren't having a good season because Luck retired and Ebron just plain QUIT, it was good riddance then and he needs to keep his mouth shut now. Just my opinion.
I ended up adding Mitchell to my list late and I had Bortolini on my original list. Looking at it in hindsight, I should’ve had Latu on there. He was a 9+ RAS guy.
If those are Craig Young's pro day results on that chart I'm not sure a linebacker that only does 13 reps at 225 can play in the nfl. That indicates a lack of functional strength and, what's more, a lack of time and effort in the gym. When Kedon Slovis was a Pitt for 1 year I think he got benched part way through the season, he started out really good for 4 or 5 games but then things went downhill if I remember correctly. I don't think any of these udfa's will make the team, heck, Abraham and Laulu probably won't this roster is stacked and deep.
