13. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS — QB JUSTIN HERBERT, OREGON

Herbert's likely going to be an acquired taste for some come draft time. You have to bet on his high end that saw him have five games with passing grades over 80.0 this past season instead of his low end that earned game grades below 60.0.

14. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS — OT ALEX LEATHERWOOD, ALABAMA

This is their latest mock after the draft order 1-20 became final. Colts get Herbert.

I don't like Jordan Love in New England. :(

I'd get Javon Kinlaw, and then move back into Round 1 with the Eagles if Jordan Love is still there. :)

Not sure why some of you like Jordan Love??  He has as many bad plays as good plays.  And that rarely gets better in the NFL.  It seems you think he is going to be like Mahomes or something.  Rarely do QBs who are inaccurate get better in the NFL.  Whether that is Josh Allen or a more mobile QB.

Josh Allen went from 52.8% Completion percentage to 58.8% in 1 year. Lamar Jackson went from 58.2 to 66.1% in 1 year too.

Because in 2018 he was fantastic. Then he lost coaches and all but one starter. Even with all of that he still dominates putting up points which he should going against bad competition. He can’t help his defense is so bad and he has to play hero ball. Just watching his throws he makes all of them with ease. He throws with little effort and great touch. I believe he was still st about 63% accuracy this year. That is still good.

Coming from the guy who likes Fromm... A guy surrounded by 5 star talent across the board and can't even break 3k yards and hasn't completed 50% of his passes in 5 weeks. Give Jordan Love that team and he annihilates what he did his Sophomore year. Georgia would have been a title favorite had Fields stayed in Georgia and put Fromm on the bench.

I still have that sneaking suspicion that somebody is going to trade up with the Giants or the Lions to get in front of the Dolphins and take Herbert.  I think that the general need at QB is great enough that he won't be on the board by the time we get our pick.

My early feeling is that we may be choosing between Javon Kinlaw and Tee Higgins at #13.
