The o line is playing great ,Nelson and smith and Kelly straight up good and nasty and tough.we now a physical team .

I also saw Ryan Hewitt on the field quite a bit.  From what I could see, it appears he was used in different formations either as a TE or in the backfield to provide extra blocking.  I couldn't watch the Jets game last week, so this is the first I've noticed him playing.

 

Can anyone provide more details, or did someone see more than I observed?

The thing that made me happiest yesterday was when we went for two, ran it right up the gut against one of the better run defenses,  and took OUR 2 points!

 

The ability to do that has been a achilles heel for this team going back over a decade.

 

I didn't even notice who made & help make the play, I was too filled with joy

You are spot on.   In recent years, even 3rd and 1 was a passing down.
