No big deal. I do post some redundant stuff and if someone isn't a Cubs fan they may get tired of reading it. I don't post on Twitter or have Facebook so this is this place I tell my stories and post about the Cubs constantly. I really wish we had a Brewers fan in here or even 2, it would be fun for me.

I am sure if there was a Brewers fan here, you would not post anything to hurt his/her feelings. You got along with AMfootball when no one else couldn't. Lol. When she put down your favorite players and team, you did not demean her or the Pats. So, I'm sure you would get along with that Brewers fan.

I think the more the merrier. I wish more baseball fans would join. I notice that there are Orioles fans and Yankees fans but they don't post in this thread. While it is a baseball thread, it seems that only fans of NL teams are posting.

AM :funny:, that is a blast from the past. She was something else. AM loved her team and Tommy so I respected it, they win a lot so I had too. If we had Brewers fans in here I would take it easy on them but if they got out of hand with the Cubs bashing, then I can dish it out too . On the other forums I have been on, Brewers fans are just so jealous of the Cubs because they have never won a Championship. They go out of their way to bash the Cubs. I am not trash talking or taking a shot at the Brewers fans but that is clear to me by the way they post. Brewers have something good going but can they close the deal and get the ring? If they win it all, I won't like it but will be happy for the fans they have that are loyal and modest.

There would not be any bashing. Commisser J. Kirk won't let it happen. :D

I'd like to see a team who has never won a World Series to finally win one.

Behind-the-scenes stories about the making of "Major League" as its celebrates its 30th anniversary

“A League of its Own” but that might be because it was filmed at Bosse Field(Evansville) and League Stadium(Huntingburg)

I coached against “Stillwell” when he was in HS

I liked that movie.

You seem to like women's sports more than men's?

Another period of USA Hockey on NHLN then something lighthearted before Pregame at 4 CST

I should watch something lighthearted. But a friend wants me to watch the first episode of a show called The Act. It is based on the life of a girl whose mother had a condition called Munchausen by Proxy. The mother intentionally made the girl sick to get praise and money. She said the girl had cancer and made her use a wheelchair which she did not need. The girl is in prison now for killing her mother. This occurred not too far from Indiana -- in Missouri.

This Nats bullpen is worse than the Cubs' bullpen. They are threatening to lose this game for Sherzer.

This guy Trevor Rosenthal has faced 9 guys this year and has yet to retire someone. ERA: infinity.  He faced 2 guys just now. He hit the leadoff guy, followed that with two wild pitches and walked the guy.  No outs. 2 men on. This new pitcher came in and is about to walk another guy.

This is laughable.

Rizzo struck out, that was a battle though. Wasted opp.

Same with Mets. Too bad we did not score some runs in the 8th. We just scored 3 in the 9th. It was 12-1. It is now 12-9. Nats closer is coming in.

They have an ERA of over 10, worse in MLB.

Mets rally is about to end. They are down to their last out, still down 12-9.
