Pats never punted. Brady mistakes early kept it competitive. This was a dominant performance by the Pats. To deny it is only burying your head in the sand.

The Patriots pulled away late in this one. For 3+ quarters, it was not a "blowout" in the scoreboard sense. The problem, which is the same thing that happened to New England in the AFCCG last season in Denver, is that Indy couldn't get any stops. It's hard to come back in a game that way. The Colts would put up 3 or 6 but it seemed like the Patriots answered every single time. 

 

It wasn't the score as much as the way the game played out. NE just dominated on both lines.
