Possible need at ILB

I never really thought of this as a need but the media actually grabbed my attention for once and are saying and ILB Named Chris Borland from Wisconsin would be a good pick! He seems interesting and like actually a really good player! Would be a good back up behind Freeman and Jackson... Paired with Mcnary we could have some good ILB's

I don't think we go that round this early in the draft.  We have bigger needs that can be filled with guys that can play right away.  If we took an ILB on Day 3, I wouldn't be against that.

That is a miss on the media's part.  We might do something opportunistic at ILB, but calling it a need is mistake after the signing of DQ and the recent comments by Grigs about McNary.

Absolutely, Borland would be a Great pickup. We want to be able to stop the run and this guy is a football player made just for that.

I agree.  I just feel Borland has the Bear middle linebacker mentality.  I hope they do not take OUR safety....or whomever Grigs is thinking...
