ok we lost but this team has nothing to be ashamed of. we will be back next year and hopefully they will stay healthy in the key players unlike this year. Reggie should be back. Luck will get better. For a second year in a row Colts in playoffs with a 2nd year QB went deeper in the playoffs. get some key FA and a good draft and we will improve

Very disheartening to end the season this way,  but make no mistake about it ~ it was a GREAT season.

You guys had a great season, what you guys did last week was just amazing. Nothing to be sad about, the Colts team is very young, one of the youngest teams in the league, they have improved every single year since Luck came into the league.

Here's hoping he would finally shave up. :D

Brazill's effort put some points on the board too.

Yes, when he did not have to put a lot of effort into the play.  But on three specific plays he showed a tremendous lack of effort.  The first int by Luck, Brazill should have run a slant, he made little to no effort to fight through Dennard.  On the Patriots punt that the Colts came close to blocking, he should have laid out but chose not to.  It looked to me like he was shying away from contact the way he reacted.  And on the last int, not that it mattered at that point, it was a back shoulder throw and again no effort to get turned around.  He's certainly got the talent, but needs to put forth much more effort.

With the Patriots defeating the Colts 43-22,  Our 2013 Indianapolis Colts  finish their regular season and postseason  at 12-6.  Colts now start their off-season, and management will prepare the 2014 season with in order, the NFL Combine in late February at LOS, ongoing  free agent signings and trades with other NFL team begin at Mid-March, the 2014 NFL Draft in late April, signing undrafted college free agents after the NFL Draft, and mandatory OTA's in April and June before the Colts Training Camp begins at Anderson, Indiana in late July.

Colts suffered the loss of Reggie Wayne for the season, the only true playmaker remaining during the Peyton Manning era, and the two horrible blowout losses over the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals.

Colts on the upside defeated the 49ers, and Trent Richardson scored a TD at San Francisco in his first offensive play as a Colt. Colts also defeated the Chiefs twice, two come-from-behind wins over the Texans and Titans, and also defeated the Broncos and return of Peyton Manning to Indianapolis on Sunday Night Football.

And the Colts still were able to stay Colts Strong, and defend and win again the AFC North Division title.

Colts will, and should be, more motivated next season, to reach the Super Bowl in 2015, with the help  of Colts management, especially with General Manager Ryan Grigson,  to bring another Lombardi Trophy back to the city and state of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Thanks for entertaining us to, and for your fans, throughout the 2013 season.  And my personal thanks to the cooperation of both the registered users and the moderators for participating, along with myself, for participating in the Colts Game Threads throughout the season.

As always, GO COLTS!   :)  :coltslogo:  :1colts:  :colts:  :coltslogo:
