Probably Austin off the PS...maybe Rogers if they think DHB won't be fully ready for San Fran.

I would say Cunningham off PS first to replace Allen, then demote K Willy again for Austin or cut reed for Austin

We only have a 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th rd picks to dangle in a trade so I would guess any more trades would have to be player for player.  Maybe another guard for a DL.  I was hoping we might sign Drake Nevis back.

We have Fleener, Doyle and Jones at Te.  We don't really need to replace Allen because he wasn't active for the Miami game anyway.  The one that still needs replaced on the 53 man roster is Thomas.  Assuming they replace position for position, which is what Pagano said at his press conference.

I hope it is Rogers and it means that we are going to start using more 3 WR sets since Allen is out.With Richardson on the squad now, I really hope we open up the passing game instead of packing it in. I really want to see Rogers on the field, but don't have big expectations.

I saw him in the pictures yesterday with the other guys. Sorry, it turns out I was wrong and he is still on the PS. They promoted Rodgers instead.
