That's all understood, but while the league generally cringes at paying RB 15 million $, they'd end up paying 20+ million for not-so-great receivers. Recently, Pittman's value for next contract was talked about in this forum, and people were ready to pay him 21-28 million range and how does that seem spending money correctly while not being okay to pay JT 20 million range?   I'd say, great GMs would go by case to case basis, some RBs like Cook, JT, CMC  deserve big second contract if healthy which is still reasonable compared to WR market, especially if you have QB on rookie deal.   I don't know what Vikings are trying to do, Cousins doesn't do well without good running game and he'll regress back to average this season. Pass heavy ratio probably was higher last year, because the defense gave up 30 points by rule, and they always had to catch up every single drive or try to preserve the lead, while 80% of the games got decided by one score at the end. Cousins is good enough to forget about tanking, and the HC is going to have a bad year, still not bad enough to land the best QBs of next draft. Packers probably get their next franchise QB sooner than Vikings, as is usual.

It's perfectly legal to gamble.   Just do so under the guidelines set.  It's not hard

Makes me even happier that Ballard tripled down on boundary corners in the draft! Brents, Rush and Jones (and Flowers) should all be contributors this season.

I’m glad Keefer is getting bigger opportunities, but I’m not gonna lie: Kravitz and Boyd are probably going to be a no-listen for me this year. I just sat down to burn one and turned the latest episode on to see if they had any fresh insight on whats gone in this week and I just don’t think that’s gonna work for me.
