We rarely get to hear from Chuck Pagano besides what he says with his calm demeanor in interviews. BleacherReport had a nice little video of him in one of their articles. It's not much but I thought some would like to hear a little something of him in practice.

Good stuff. I love that the team has the win now mentality. It could be easy to say we will be better next yeat or the next and just get by for now. I think we will be a contender this year and for many to come. This team needed its fire back and Pagano has sparked it.
