Same thing folks say about Justin Herbert too but Trevor is playing banged up and the Jaguars have a really really thin secondary, and a couple of key pass catchers missing, with a lot of inactives. Let us not forget, the same thing was said about Peyton Manning too, when it came to the playoffs (took 9 years to win one) but the regular season, he was a champ. Eli Manning, the aw shucks guy, not a grand performer in the regular season but when he got the entry into the postseason, he made hay while the sun shone, BIG TIME!!!

 

Bottom line, the "IT" word is thrown too loosely without evaluating all the variables at any point in time. Patience is low nowadays, thanks to elite prospects like Mahomes and Burrow that have lit the NFL on fire their first 3 years in the league. Let them get with a good head coach for at least 3 years for continuity, then see where they are. No, Staley is NOT a good head coach, he burnt his golden ticket with Herbert.

Ravens have blown several 2 digit leads in games past to lose games!!! Hopefully this isn't one of those.

 

They still have a game vs the 49ers to go. Chiefs are rooting for the Jaguars in this game, then they will root for the Ravens to beat the Dolphins, then root for the 49ers to beat the Ravens so that they can win the #1 seed for an Arrowhead Invitational all over again.
