Adam Gase hasn't had any real success independent of Peyton Manning. Even when the Dolphins went to the playoffs in 2016, their passing game was pretty mediocre. They got rid of Tannehill, who has been much better in Tennessee. Gase was supposed to be the next great offensive coach. I'm thinking he's just another guy who benefitted from Manning's greatness.

That’d be nice, but rumors are swirling Gase could go back to college for an OC job, including ‘Bama.

Think he's just about out of chances in the NFL.  Not sure if college is a good fit either.  Every young QB he has had under his HC career he's ran into the ground.  I still think Darnold has the chance of being very special but needs to be coached up not beat down.
