Paul George says 'Brian Shaw has been a mentor to me'

The Lakers' assistant coach Brian Shaw??

I think hes going to be in LA....by July

PG and Boogie Cousins will be Lakers next year. Heard right here. Lakers will keep Lonzo/Kuzma/Ingram/Randle/Clarkson and still get those 2. They will just release Lopez and Pope to even out the salaries.

The Lakers have to have a plan....They're not sitting there without a plan...

The Warriors are just too much for anyone. I think they will probably win it the next 2 years which would give them a 3-Peat like LA had back in 2002 and Bulls had with Jordan. After that, their tank will be on E but for now they are the best. Just have to ride it out for 2 more years or so.

Age defeats everyone..GSW is not a young team anymore

His name was Dipo..

He wore a throwback..he was escorted to his chair..he saw LBJ out there...

..and when James finished.. He called him over

But Dipo went a bit too far...and Lance sailed across the floor..

...and shots were 3 and 2

...and in his ear Lance blew....

There was a tie and a single 3-shot but just who shot who???

Hey thats not bad you know!!!

I ran off before since I had a sneezing attack too. The weather has been brutal where I am lately. Snow today and freezing temps almost every day. I keep getting some sort of sniffle this past week. Nothing bad just little minor colds off and on since it's like -80 outside or so it feels.

OKC looks lazy in this game from what I've seen but they can come back. Clippers have been pretty good lately though.

Yeah it's been brutal at work all week being -100 and all. it actually has felt like it. Man I can tolerate a lot and cold but this weather has even almost beat me up lmao . OKC looks lazy tonight, this is what irritates me about them. They always think they can win because they have the Big3 and they can just come back. They may lose tonight!

They aren't old yet though, they are not as old as the Cavs. Durant/Curry are 29. Klay is even younger. Draymond is only about 27. Their core can do this for some more years barring major injuries with them mixing and matching various role players around them.

Injuries are their biggest concern though since they been getting knicked up off and on a lot lately.

If we get Warriors/Cavs again I don't know how the Cavs can keep up right now. Defensively the Cavs are pretty bad. They can score obviously but the Warriors can score more. Also, Kyrie used to score quite a but vs. GS.......can IT fill in that same role or will someone like Klay just shut him down? Klay is so underrated defensively by fans. And Lebron has issues with Durant and they will ask Crowder to play a big part defensively.......

I don't think the Cavs guards match up well with GS though, Celtics do well vs. GS since their guards are young and athletic and can get after them. Marcus Smart can and has smothered both Curry and Klay which opens up Kyrie or Rozier.

And I am not sure what to really do with D Wade either at times, he is getting old........

Blah I soooo want a different finals. Whether it was Boston or OKC or even the Spurs lol.

I swear I gone through gallons of lotion this winter to hydrate. OMG.......just have to keep myself moisturized.

And make sure to drink water, Often in cold weather we don't think we need water but we can get just as dehydrated as we do in warm weather.

When the heck did the Clippers get this good again?O.o They playing tough as hell in this game.

Westbrook just regained the lead.

I have no doubt OKC could give the Warriors a tough series. Maybe thats all we can hope for at times. Some team like Boston to wear down the Cavs and OKC to do the same to the Warriors.

Warriors and Cavs had it wayyyyyy wayyyyyyy too easy last year in their conference playoffs, it was bad.

Damn Clippers won't die. lmao Took the lead again.

It wont last unless Lou Williams catches fire. He is legit otherwise Eastbrook will take over.

Thunder easily the 2nd best team in the West. Nice win, Go Thunder! THUNDERSTRUCK, YEAH/ YEAH/YEAH/YEAH! Charles Barkley is a nut if he doesn't think the Thunder isn't a threat. That team is Final 4 material at worse. I am going to bed you gals/guys. Thanks to Mark I have that freakin Barry Manilow song in my head now = I wrote the songs! Peace out.

PG with the dagger lmao from 30! Westy just got his TDB. They are my 2nd my favorite team behind Indy, Go Thunder - make the haters and doubters eat crow! Still 5th in the West and moving up!

OKC for sure can challenge the Warriors, the talent is there and so is the hunger IMO.

I am really hoping thats the final two in the west. Ugh Barkley don't think anyone really is legit.......only really the Warriors as a team or Lebron.

And even if the Cavs and Warriors still win the conferences I would love to see them challenged to a tougher series at least.

OKC though has legit super stars who can take over big games, so they have something going for them here.

Name me any great pro sports coach who has never even led his team to a championship game or series?

My problem is with the word 'great'/

You like him because he coached Butler..Had he coached UC-Santa Barbara we wouldnt be having this discussion. right?

You can not be a great pro coach without winning a title in the pros....or even playing for one...You know that.         Frank Vogel led us to 2 East finals and no one (and I mean NO ONE) ever called him great.

I consider him a great coach by what he has accomplished in college and pros. He led a mid major to the ncaa championship back to back years. Where he coached at makes no difference. What if its because of his dreamy blue eyes?? The guy has been successful everywhere he has been and overachieved....he is well on his way to winning a championship at some point. He took a lottery team in Boston to the playoffs and has gone further every year. I'm not talking all-time great coaches here....but the guy has been a success at every stop along the way...even his playing career. He knows the game...knows what he is doing....gets the very most out of his teams...and I would understand if it was just people on an Indiana message board that is lauding the guy but it is universal....well except you....literally every nba analyst, sports caster, fellow coach, and players think the world of him. I'm not going to argue that he isn't a great coach. Let's put it this way...if he coached football...would you hire him?? Enough said! Was Jerry Sloan not a great coach...oh wait he played at UofE...he has Indiana ties. George Karl or Don Nelson? Was Marv Levy or George Allen not great coaches? What about Bill Snyder, Bo Schembecler, Frank Beamer. Eddie Sutton, Lou Carnesseca, Bobby Huggins etc etc etc. I know Championships are important and Stevens has a long road ahead of him but he has proven in this modern era he connects with players, he knows the game, and he is very successful...and every single team in college or nba outside of GS, SA, and Duke, NC, UK, KU would probably swap their coach for him. This isn't an Indiana thing....the guy is really really good and recognized by every fan base. He may not be one of the greatest...or legendary...but he is a great coach. In a landscape full of average coaches....meh....he is one that definitely stands out!

Yep, especially if you have gas to heat....water is the key to all life on earth...definitely important no matter the temp.
