Chris Wormley DE, Michigan

Does anyone know anything about him? I've seen him mocked to the Colts in the first round in a few places. 

 

I'm getting into draft mode but don't know a whole lot about him.

I think he is known as a run stopper. Would probably be a 3-4 end in the NFL. I don't think he would help the pass rush though.

The Michigan DL that I'm interested in is Taco Charlton.

 

I think he's more of a 4-3 lineman,  but I've read that he's shown enough to make some scouts think he could play the 3-4.      Since he's got more pass rush in his game,  I've got my eye on him.

I hate Michigan but Taco Charlton can play. Would love to have him!

Not a fan. He's a run stopper. Wouldn't be much of an upgrade over Langford or Anderson really imo. If he's there in the 2nd i'd take a look but he's not 1st round material for me.

I have been surprised to see his name so high. I think we go Foster, Cunningham or Cook at 14 which is where I believe we will pick. I know there is going to be an argument in the war room no matter who the GM is if Cook is still there when we draft.

I'm not against a RB in the first, just not cook personally. I can't get behind him I think there is much better backs coming out

Who are some of the players you like best? I personally love Cook. If I could have my pick of the litter, I'd take Cook as the first RB in this draft.

I know there's going to be some D talent available at 14(if the Colts stay in that spot)....but if someone potentially special is available like Cook, that might be too tempting to pass up.

 

Just have to wait and see how the draft board ends up falling.

The problem area #1 is the OL, they need to address and solve that before turning on one computer.

There are 3 rookies starting on the right side, why not give them a chance considering that maybe grab a guard in free agency otherwise I really like Costanzo mewhort Kelly haeg and if Clark continues to play and get better I'm good with developing g that line.

The main 2 are McCaffery and I do like D'onta Foreman quite a bit 3rd would have been chubb but he's back in school. I've watched 3 or 4 games of cook and I'm just not impressed

What about Cook are you not impressed with? Especially if you like Foreman who is kind of a one dimensional runner.

Foreman is a back this FO likes big and powerful. His vision is decent his break tackle ability is there and his speed isn't terrible. Kind of a Blount type. Cook has nice speed and I do really like his jump cut, however nothing screams elite too me. His game against the Tarheels vs chubbs game against the tarheels is a good comparison. IMO he's not a first round talent however I've been wrong before, especially with elliot last year. Before I watched a ton of tape I wasn't sure he was going too be good but I admitted I was wrong after watching more tape. So prove me wrong what makes cook a first round talent? What do you really like about him? P.s I'm not trying to be a jerk I genuinely want to know what you see, teach me man.

Pass rush is the #1 problem area. The OL has actually improved.
