He is getting paid at least $8 mil. per year. But I think Grigson can get away with a lower average and not have to fork out the $9-10 mil. per year if he sweetens the guaranteed portion of the deal, IMO.

 

If Grimes is getting $16 mil. out of his 4 yr. $32 mil. deal guaranteed, you can maybe expect $22 mil. of a 5 yr. $40 mil. deal for Vontae guaranteed. I would not be surprised if that is how it plays out.
