what has been your favorite grigs move

Freeman was the best move, Vontae was already talented just needed to be motivated. We won a few games without Vontae last year but when Freeman went out vs the Chargers, we were a completely different defense. Rivers did what ever he wanted and on 3rd downs most of his passes were over the middle to Woodhead and Gates. Both are great players but Freeman is more valuable to the defense.

My top 3 favorite Grigson moves are:

1)  Releasing an aging, washed up QB with no arm strength.  That guy had been holding back the Colts for years.

2)Trading a first round pick for a 3.0 ypc running back.

3)  One time I was at a party and Grigs was there, we were talking football and presently the song, "Boot, Scoot and Boogie" came on.  Grigs said, "I love this song," handed me his drink and went out on the dance floor and started doing the boot, scoot and boogie dance all by himself, pretty soon the whole place was out on the floor sliding to the left, sliding to the right, backing up, going forward, clapping, it was a hoot.  Probably his best move of all time.

    • The Refs gave them a head start on the very first drive. Calling roughing the passer was bogus. Then there were no calls too.
    • Atlanta is very beat up, and missing several of their stars. With Chris Sale not even on the Wild Card roster, Manager Brian Snitker was forced to trot out a guy who was making only his 2nd MLB start he lasted 1 & 1/3rd, giving up 4 hits & 3 runs, to include a homerun. Padres starter Michael King, a converted relief pitcher who was also making his 1st postseason start, was masterful. He pitched 7 shutout innings, scattering 5 hits but not walking a batter, while striking out 12, one shy of his career high for a game. Oddly enough, King's only other postseason appearance was for the Yankees during the shortened Covid season, in San Diego wirth cardboard cutouts in the stands. The atmosphere at Petco Park was raucous, and the team fed off it. Two of the biggest pieces that the Padres acquired from the Yankees in the Juan Soto trade, King & catcher Kyle Higashioka came up big today, King with his performance on the mound and Higashioka accounted for half of the the Padres runs with a solo homerun and a sacrifice fly.
    • Actually you went 10-6, your wins were: Cowboys Vikings  Bengals Texans  Colts 49ers  Commanders  Chiefs  Raiders Lions   That would put you 10-6 and 34-30 overall.
    • Check the tape….    (Jim Irsay?!?).  Huh?   Why not Chris Ballard?   Or Shane Steichen?    Why Irsay?
