Signing with Rosenhaus only means they will be with other teams when

their contract comes up. We don't need a ton of cap drained into

receivers. Rosenhaus clients are cap killers.

Chester might be poised to break out this season.  I like the kid.  He's gonna try and set himself up to get PAID...which might be good for this season at least.

Ballard better draft  young talent on defense.  Find us some young pass rushers on rookie contracts.

Not necessarily.  TY is with him and considering his contract isn't even in the top 5 of WR contracts but he just led the league in yardage last year, we got a good deal.

 

But what this means is that he caught the attention of a big time agent who might not have had much to do with him back when he was just a UDFA.

I have a feeling on his next contract he will get paid well.

Very true. If a player gets Rosenhause's attention then there must be

some talent there. I just hope Ballard has learned from this organization's

past mistakes and not focus on offense and skill positions and not on 

the lines and defense.

 

I doubt that happens because he appears to be a bargain shopper.
