I have access to NFL Rewind through July 31st, can anyone tell me if I will have to pay again after that or what the deal will be

Erm? It's not complicated - you have it until then unless you choose to pay again, they're not going to give it to you for free.

I haven't used game rewind. Though i have seen copies of "Game rewind" available for download, and there are ways to capture the material anyway.

I doubt you'll be able to save it straight up though.
