They were in the Championship Game last year and played terrible and only lost by 7 to Mahomes.

Restinpeacesweetchloe
I think Levi’s is now done. As long as Rudolph is moving the ball he won’t come back.
NFLfan
The Jets must be shocked. They drafted Geno and gave him no chance. They drafted Darnold and could not wait to replace him with Zach Wilson. They got rid of Wilson too. Now Geno and Sam have their teams winning. Watch Zach Wilson succeed too.

How are his stats compared to AR? He has had a lot of turnovers that have led to losses. He has 5 INTs and 3 fumbles. But they seem to come at all the wrong times. He seems to try to do too much. I don't think you would be happy with him. He is very competitive, which I like. But that competitiveness seems to cause him to play hero and he makes bad mistakes. I think he will get better. I wonder what other people have seen from him.

NFLfan
@Patrick Miller Geno Smith, Sam Darnold, and Baker Mayfield are good reasons why you have to give young guys time to develop. I think Levis and AR will be fine barring injury. I don't know about Bryce Young. He seems defeated but maybe if he goes to a new team, he may salvage his career.
2006Coltsbestever
I don't wish injury on anyone, not even Tom Brady back in the day but some in here have been piling on AR for being injury prone, now I give you Will Levis again too. If you are going to say AR is injury prone, you need to say Levis is too. Levis got injured last season too.

My main concerns with Richardson are his accuracy problems and his injury history. His big play ability relies on his legs a lot which in turn leaves him open to getting hurt. If he doesn’t use his legs as much then he needs to get a lot more accurate. Hopefully he’s able to make it through the entire season.

Some are luckier than others and get injured less. What did you like about Levis? Did you see Zach Wilson in college? Did you like him? Many people liked him in college. He has been terrible in the NFL.

Getting injured all the time bc of his play style is also a problem. Honestly I think after a couple years everyone will agree it was a waste of time but hopefully I’m wrong. I thought Levis would be more nfl ready. I never paid attention to Wilson.

He was accurate and threw deep passes. He looked and played like the players you seem to like.

He is young and a former fairly high draft pick. I like taking chances on those types of QBs. (Like Mason Rudolph who may take over for your guy Levis. teganslaw
NFLfan, what do you think about Kirk Cousins' on TNF? Sam Darnold is doing so well that Cousins' probably isn't missed, but what a game! Over 500 yards! Cousins has proved that he can deliver on Primetime. The critics will be quiet for awhile.
