After him and Brissett got off to a shaky start in the spring they have started to develop some chemistry. The throws I am seeing him catch are probably the exact same kind Luck will be throwing. Ones like over the shoulder ect.

People forget that through the first 10 weeks of the season before Newton was hurt and they moved Samuel and Moore as the main WRs he was on pace for 800+ and 5 TDs

I don’t think he will ever be a 1k yard guy. That is just not his game. If  we get that 800 yards and between 5 and 10 TD that will be a great season. Him not having to carry the load in Indy will be huge for him. He isn’t really a number one receiver.

I don’t think he is going to miss the entire season. If any thing he might miss the first 8 games and be put on IR.

From what I remember, Q was looking good in camp as well in his rookie year.  Maybe not quite THIS good, but we had high hopes for him.  The biggest difference I see between the two rookie camps is that Rock is a whole lot better at tracking the ball.  Q was always in good position, but was always a moment late for making the breakup.  Rock doesn't seem to have that issue.

Looking forward to seeing him play Thursday.  Hopefully what we see in camp translates in real comp.

He has thrown some. But the headline is always the CB got the INT and not which QB threw it. I haven’t seen it as being a issue.

I remember it differently.  Wilson got in the dog house quickly in camp and went from starter to backup between the 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd preseason game and then he only got the start in the first couple of regular season games because of injuries.

 

But I'm getting old my memory could be fading.

Hopefully CR91 will be able to do it Saturday. I am not sure how much I will be around. My nephews’s and niece birthday party is Sat.

I don’t know if that colts notebook is right but it said Ebron sat today do to a disclosed injury. He had yesterday off too. Hopefully it’s nothing. It also said AV sat out with a undisclosed injury. That backup kicker we have seems to be really good.

It's gonna be sad if we have another Badgley type talent at backup kicker only to see him get picked up by another team.

I love Vinny but somebody who attended camp said he was struggling (could've been due to this injury) and I could definitely see him retiring after this season.

If this kicker is this good and AV is struggling with another injury I wonder he could just say I am going to retire and not play at all.

 

It is going to be fun to see how good Rock is when we practice with the Browns. How will he do on OBJ. They have been putting him on Dfunch and has done really good despite funch being much taller.

A little take away about Lucks injury. I don’t think they would play Brissett a entire quarter Thursday if there was any chance Luck wasn’t going to be ready to go game 1. He would be in there a series or two and that would be it.
