This was one guy I really wanted coming out the draft a few years back. I think he was drafted by Cleveland in the second round? Whatever happened to him? I remember a lot of people liked him coming out of college and thought he was going to be a solid player. If anyone Ballard has brought in since coming to Indianapolis proves to be a diamond in the rough. I hope it's Pierre Desir.

Desir was a late 4th round pick..   number 127 for Cleveland...   lasted two years with them.

 

Claimed by San Diego for a brief time then claimed by Seattle before they released him and we claimed him.

 

The Colts are his 4th team.    I hope he sticks with us.

 

27 years old...   6'2" and 205...   corner, not safety.

Hopefully we don't see Desir play this year. That means that Vontae returns to the lineup and Melvin and Wilson hold down the other side, with Hairston in the nickel.

Every year in the draft there's that small school star who starts to gain notoriety as a sleeper. Pierre Desir was that guy a few years ago coming out of Lidenwood. I think his talent was probably overstated a bit.
