If Ballard can manage to trade down while getting good value, and pick up an extra 3rd I'd be in favor of getting him there. Indy needs players that can possibly start right away in rounds 1 and 2.

I'd take him in the 2nd if I'm honest. If he's there in the 3rd then he's a steal

With torn Achilles the problem is that you don't really know what you will be getting when he returns. It's one of the worst injuries when it comes to the player returning to his previous physical performance. Much worse than torn ACL from what I've heard. So it's substantial risk taking him even in the second. I'd probably take him in the third but then again I don't know what's the chance he's going to be there.

The Browns have two 1st AND 2nd round picks.  They can easily afford to spend one on Jones.  If they don't they're... well, they're the Browns...
