Necessary signing. Colts need to have flexibility to in the draft to grab BPA.

Situational pass rusher from houston. Has 8.5 sacks in limited reps over the last 2 seasons. He is young (26) and we got him cheap. The assumption is that his low reps were due to the loaded position in Houston and he should be able to produce better given more opportunity.
