Don't think it can't happen.  Between his 5.63 at the combine and some recent skewerings by popular analysts, I could see him as this year's Sharrif Floyd in that regard.  In 2013 he was at DT projected to go 3rd overall by the Raiders, who traded down and Miami chose Dion Jordan at #3 (OUCH!).  Floyd fell all the way to Minnesota at #23 and he's turned out to be a pretty good player.  As fate would have it, we drafted Werner at #24.  The knock on Shelton is his lack of speed and the idea that he'd only be a 2-down player for a 1st round pick, but if you want to stop the run, there's a good starting point.
