One of the truisms of hard core brain dead gamblers is that NOBODY in the national football league is more than 14-point favorite over another NFL team.

The probelm is: Exactly what happened last week...

The favored teams dominates and then lets up allowing the sucky team to beat the spread...

Unfortunately....Baltimore if the favorites and we are the suckers..

...But the rules of the game do not change.....

its a barometer of the betting action.

I think there's so much talk about how BAD Indy is..the spreads get inflated....

So we went from one of the winningest teams that would hardly ever cover the spread, to a douchy loser team that covers huge spreads by one point. I wouldn't consider that a silver lining.

I finally figured out how to make it through the remaining 3 games....bet on the Colts to cover the spread. It seems a lot more realistic to cheer for them to lose by X # of points and be really surprised if we win.
