There's got to be something up with him.  They had Jacoby Ford returning kicks over him.  Don't get me wrong, I think Ford is a solid return guy, but Cribbs has set NFL records.

Publicity follows them because of their track record the last 12 seasons and Bill's penchant for taking average players and plugging them in to where they are above average contributors.
