Yup, this. Rob Ryan made the mistake of showing some personality and flair in his job. Jerry doesn't like to have that kind of competition. That's why Silent Jay Garrett still has a job.

All the ones I know HATE Jones.

Crazy. RR helped better the D. Since Jones is the owner u can't force him to hire a GM which is what he needs to do. If him & Jimmy Johnson could've gotten along the Cowboys might've won another SB. Firing RR was a bad move IMO.
