Belichek on a bye before playing colts....didn't know that. :yuk:

I'm picking the Steelers 19 over the vikes  18. on Thursday.

Oh boy. I think I already made a big mistake choosing the Giants to upset the Chargers. Looks like New York will be trotting out Jake Fromm...

You can change your pick because the game hasn't been played yet. I have done that once this year but it back fired on me (the week of Cards at SF). This is why I always wait until like Saturday or early Sunday now to complete my picks.

Yeah I hate to say it but Pitt will find a way to win. I think we will beat the Pats though, they are due for a loss.

I'm picking Vikings in the hopes it sends good vibes for @NFLfan's team. But now that it's out that it's Ben's last year I can see them making that "magical (sickening)" playoff run.

Yeah Big Ben probably told them he wants to go out winning and you know he doesn't like taking 'no' for an answer.

It worked for the Ravens :dunno: though Ray Lewis was in much better shape than Ben is right now.

If I’m the Vikings I’d stack the box and force Ben to throw. Dude’s shoulder is being held together with duct tape at this point.

I did not realize the Giants signed Fromm. I have to reach out to my friend who is the Giants season ticket holder. There was a time that I wanted the Vikes to draft Fromm. (I like game managers. haha)

We have some key players out -- WR Adam Thielen and LT Christian Darrisaw (who has played very well). I believe Dalvin Cook will not play either.

The Steelers have several players already listed as out.

I read where TJ Watt leads the NFL in sacks with 16. He has a small chance of breaking the season record this year. With our OL being what it is, he may add to his sack total tonight.

Injuries Steelers @ Vikings

Christ. Could be a toss up game.

I doubt it. If you have watched Herbert, he is excellent at distributing passes over his first 2 years. He has made it work when many of his WRs have been injured, he has a good feel of leading his WRs and TEs and it is not like he doesn't have a running game with Ekeler to lean on. Chargers roll as usual.

Yeah, more I think about it, the more I don't see Jake Fromm saving the day for NY.

12-1 so far going into SNF.

We have been very good in prime time this season. We creamed the ravens until our secondary started dropping like flies.

I believe Reich has not lost a game after a bye week either. Having pats coming off bye probably makes a little difference though.

Yep. Might end up 12-2 by the end of the night. I think Chicago is seeking revenge for the "I own you" schtick.

Have to play 60 minutes to stick it to Rodgers and the Packers.

I still hate the "can't advance the fumble forward" rule in the case of a special teams KR or PR fumble. However, a blocked punt, you can advance it?? If you lateral it after fumbling, the person it is lateraled to can advance it (some teams try it as desperation end of game plays)?
