Irsay is now going to drive the NFL crazy till draft

Recommended Posts

Just pulled this off of ESPN

The Colts owner called Tannehill the "hidden gem" of the draft and suggested that if a team wants to select him, it will have to talk trade with the Minnesota Vikings, who own the No. 3 pick.

"Tannehill is a hidden gem in this draft, a quiet secret who was always sneaking up to #3..you want him,you better talk to Zigi The Biggie!," Irsay wrote Wednesday afternoon.

He is as bored as the rest of us

It seems like he is, doesn't it?

He can cure that boredom and keep himself busy by negotiating with and signing Andrew Luck.

I wouldnt touch Tannehill with the third or 8th pick if I was paid to, get Cousins later on and draft Micheal Floyd at wide receiver, the way it is now it seems they will draft Tannehill and have NO ONE for him to throw to, Tannehill may have been a wide receiver but he wasnt good enough to catch his own passes, if they are smart then they draft Floyd and Cousins

Irsay is simply just trying to keep fans amused and start debates just like he said the 1st pick is still "up in the air" when its obvious the colts are selecting Andrew Luck. And even though Tannehill is most likely the 3rd best QB, he isn't the third best player and doesn't deserve the 3rd pick. It would also be strange seeing 3 QBs go first

Last time it happened was Tim Couch, Donovan McNabb and Akili Smith... what an elite group, eh?

Mcnabb was pretty good for the Eagles, face it when he got to washington, he didnt have a offensive line, didnt have a real good receiving core. Cooley is decent at best not elite or great but decent
