Still a really young player (23). Local player to that area. Former 2nd round pick.

 

People rag on Howard too. It's one top pick from the same draft that hasn't panned out for another + a 4th.

Ballard may not be ready to throw in the towel in on Wilson? Like you said, he is only 23.

Fans always want it both ways.   They scream a player sucks and is no good yet they want to be able to trade him to another team for a player they really want as if the guy suddenly, miraculously has value!

He showed flashes in the 3-4 as a press man corner but in 4-3 zone he just doesn't fit.

He hasn't shown the same ability in the zone that he showed as a press corner in 3-4 and I believe is because he doesn't fit that scheme.

But in regards to him having trade value I agree probably would barely get a conditional 6th for him.
