Arguably, The most debated greatest of all time position in the NFL is WR. I know we have the QBs (TB, PM, Brees, Rodgers, Montana, Marino) However, when it comes to WRs, this question seems to be so appealing. So who is the greatest WR of all time not named Jerry Rice?

I maybe somewhere between:

Marvin (responsible and reliable. You knew what he was going to do game in, game out)

and Randy Moss (changed the WR position. You got MOSSSSSS!)

My top 5 of all-time would be:

1. Jerry Rice - Total package and has all the records + 3 SB wins.

2. Michael Irvin by my test was #2. What he did off the field has nothing to do with how he played. He was the heart and soul of the Dallas Cowboys, won 3 SB's, and once he got injured the Cowboys were never the same. He had the best hands I have ever seen as far as running a 10-15 yard route.

3. I put Marvin Harrison here, loved his consistency, speed, and hands.

4. Randy Moss - Freak of nature, unreal speed and dangerous deep weapon.

5.  Cris Carter - All he did was catch touchdowns lmao

-I voted other because Irvin is #2 IMO.

Good topic @Rackeen305

You made it so we can choose multiple choices, so I chose both Marvin Harrison and Randy Moss (great minds think alike ) for basically the same reasons you gave:  Marvin was a technician that Manning could rely on, and Moss was a living highlight reel.

I'm a homer though, so I have to give Marvin a slight edge.  I'm grateful we got to have him as a Colt for his whole career.  :colts:

I don’t know if it’s Irvin but dang if he isn’t up there. Not talked about enough. The numbers he put up in the 90s NFC on a running team is crazy.

I want to pick somebody like Hudson or Biletnikof but Idk...

I just remembered how many times Irvin was unstoppable vs SF and GB. Those teams were stacked back in the 90's and so great. Dallas beat some great teams to win their championships. Out of the names up there between Marvin and Moss it is close IMO.

putting AB in that list is an insult.

I think I'd go Rice, Irvin, Marvin, Moss in that order.  No AB, no TO.
