Green Bay (+5) at Minnesota (11-25-18)

8:20 EST, Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth and Michele Tafoya on NBC

Over-under at 48, inside US Bank Stadium

Aaron Rodgers (238 of 385, 3,073 yards, 19 TDs one INT) and 'Captain Kirk" Cousins (289 of 409, 2,947 yards, 19 TDs, 7 INTs) meet in a battle of the NFL's two highest paid QBs....one of who will be watching the playoffs from home.

Green Bay TE Jimmy Graham (34 catches, 452 yards)  will play with a broken left hand because, well, if he doesnt play this week, might not be much pint in playing the in last five. The Packers have gained almost 4,000 total yards in 10 games and they have only four wins.

The Vikings have 32 sacks and Rodgers has been sacked 30 times.

Minnesota WRs Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs have combined for 156 catches and 1,726 yards).

The Minnesota 27-6 home loss to Buffalo in September remains the most unexplainable result of the season.

They must have all been drinking the night before that game
It probably should be noted than beyond the disaster against Buffalo. Minnesota has lost to the Rams (10-1), New Orleans (10-1) and the Bears (8-3).

A Green Bay (4-5-1) win blooms their playoff hopes.

The Packers have the Bears (8-3), Atlanta (4-7), Arizona (2-8), Detroit (4-7) and the Jets (3-7) left after Sunday.

Minnesota plays at New England and at Seattle the next two weeks.

I know these two tied back in September but Minnesota is much better defensively... I would easily give the five points and take the home team.

That sequence where Thielen made that circus catch, followed by the play where he juked the guy then stiffarmed the next 1 who didn't just fall but fell and rolled...that was straight out of the 1980s. That was a turn of events that will never see the highlight reel but even though it was epic. It was like the Mark Ingram play in the SB, or the Steve Largent "double interception" sequence.
