-Brad White OLB coach-Have not made up my mind just yet on him. First year OLB coach now

 

-Greg Williams is a 1st year DB coach but 2 years as an assistant with the Chargers

 

-Gary Emanuel-I think he is a good coach but hasn't always had the best talent to work with

 

-Jim Hermann I think will prove to be a good higher and has coached some good players with the Jets and Giants

 

-Jim Hostler is a 1st year TE coach

 

-Lee Hull has 14 years as a wide receivers coach...But 0 at the NFL level

 

 

 

If we are being honest here there is a lot of coaches on the team with a lot to prove. Just my opinion from what I see

 

 

 

 

You completely left Joe Philbin off the list. This entire thread was created to discuss Joe Philbin.

 

Most of our staff is college produced. A lot of people do not realize how many of our coaches have spent the majority of their careers in the NCAA. Hell, even Pagano spent 17 years at the collegiate level, and that is probably one reason why he likes to hire guys from college. 

 

To keep everything in perspective, The Indianapolis Colts have existed for 32 years (1984-2015).

You pay way too much attention to media hounds. The people who follow closely didn't go down that road. Just the sheep who exaggerate things right along with the media. Rode coat tails?  Not hardly, he earned his head coaching position and the results show that. You may not like it but aint it nice you don't count.

Chuck is that you? Ha!!  Ray Lewis said that defense didn't need a DC because the players him self and a couple others basically ran things
