Manziel or McCown?

Do you think Manziel has earned his spot as the starter after after 2 decent weeks or should McCown replace him again.

FYI in case you didn't know, Pettine said today that McCown would take over the starters role again

Manziel doesn't play in a typical way, and that's going to alienate him from many coaches and offenses. Until he can stand in the pocket and deliver consistently, he won't start unless in the right situation. It seems like the Browns staff doesn't even trust or support him.. Like they seemed surprised he won a game and played pretty well.

I personally think I would go for McCown for the rest of the year. Let Cleveland draft some offensive weapons next year to put around Manziel so he isn't left doing more by himself. Let McCown burn the Cleveland season to the ground this year and take the fall. People will be calling for Manziel next year and there will be a better team around Johnny for next year plus another year of coaching for him.

Manziel. You know what McCown will give you. Might as well see what Manziel can do you can always bench him. Coaching staff must be willing to adapt to his strengths though.
