They are looking into Miami's old coach Tony Sparano. Why? I'm not sure but his track history is not stellar either. Same old Raiders indeed.

He has very little experience as a coordinator, his body of work so far isn't terribly impressive, and even if the Colts offense is on fire all season long, he's undermined by the fact that he's calling plays for Andrew Luck.

Even Josh McDaniels had to wait a year after the Pats offensive explosion in 2007. He only got the Broncos' job after he helped Matt Cassel to a good season.

I hope Pep gets considered, and if he gets the job, I'll be happy for him. I just doubt that it happens. Maybe he gets a Rooney Rule interview, and then, who knows...

When your offense is tops in the NFL even with the two losses I'd say your job is secure no matter what the Pep bashers have to say.
