Apparently the Lions have signed a rugby player, 5'8" and ran a 4.22 40 yard dash.  He said he could have run a 4.1 if the Lions would have let him run twice.

Carlin Isles is an absolute beast in Rugby sevens, kid can absolutely fly, he's had the moniker of fastest rugby player in the world & made a serious name for himself in the sevens tournaments last year...

With that said his smaller stature has rugby fans wondering if he can even hold up in 15 's, but he could be scary if used as a weapon in the return game..

Dude does have world class speed, actually sorry if he decides to leave Rugby, he could help America actually make some waves in sevens this year, ( although NFL would be the more lucrative choice) ...
