Do I need to say anymore?? Set his feet...no one in his face....TD. He doesn't have an arm like Aaron Rodgers...not even close...but he has a good enough one....KC should do what NE did and that is flood the passing lanes and press the line.....who cares if Moreno runs for 200....as long as they keep them out of the end zone they have a chance. NE let them move it all game from the 20 to their 40 and then had a some run blitzs that put Denver in 2nd and 3rd and long and just did enough to hold them.....I know Belichek is a genius but surely there has to be other coaches out there that recognize it....Indy did it too.

KC should continue to run stunts and pressure up the middle....for Peyton off his spot...he does have some arm strength issues and gripping the ball with that glove...but if he sets his feet and gets that behind it....he is pretty good. Thats why that ankle injury was such a concern. His throws come from his feet.

At least he is actually catching the punts.

That was a freak of a game...the winds were just insane...its one thing throwing into it but quite another trying to field punts.....I will say I never like when a return lets it bounce unless its going into the endzone....to many bad things can happen...much less the bounce and roll inside the 20. Welker has had perhaps their best corner on it him and they are letting Decker play against the rookie or whoever the poor kid is...I'm sure we will here from Welker as well on a couple big 3rd down catches as well later on.

So assuming the rest of the game goes in this manner, Denver has the 1st seed (I don't see them losing after this), NE probably gets the second, and we get the third or fourth depending on what happens in the next four games.

Btw, Cincinatti is winning right now

KC will be vulnerable when the Colts travel to KC

Or angry! They pretty well have the 5th seed wrapped up but our offense isn't exactly looking like a juggernaut...we will struggle to block Houston and Hali....remember Houston is out today.

And we likely could very well play them in the 1st rd of the playoffs...they have a great running game and a great pass rush which could give us fits both ways...they aren't a great matchup for us....would much rather face Denver or NE actually than them.

Also I'm not so sure Denver will have the 1st rd bye...Houston's SB will be week 17 against them....it will be a big game and SD is always a good conference foe for Den.

    • Atleast he has a career ready for after he's out of the league in a few years 😂
    • Yeah, I think we're talking about the same clip. I guess I interpret "guard" as either guard position... I don't think he played any guard at Pitt, but it's not hard to make that projection, teams do it all the time. Even though Ballard specifically mentioned center, I think that's the position he's least likely to play, because I don't think he's ever snapped the ball (at least not in college). To me, they probably see him as a swing/utility guy who can backup almost any position. Basically Joe Reitz, but starting with a higher floor.   LT is not his best position, and his path to playing time in 2024 is probably as a swing backup at guard/tackle, probably on the right side, like you said. Even if Raimann was unavailable, I would expect Freeland to be ahead of Goncalves at LT.    Maybe Cosell sees more LT potential from him, which is fair, but I don't see Goncalves as a good enough athlete to succeed at tackle, period. What's really weird is how negative he is about Raimann at LT, but without hearing him expound on his position, I think that's just a miss on his part. Raimann might not ever be a top 10 LT, but saying he hasn't panned out at LT is objectively wrong.
    • Great, WR's need to get bigger heads and think they are more of divas.
    • I can see the Colts at the bottom of the division or at #2 in the division.  Too many questions.  My guess is they will finish between 9-8 and 11-6.  For the Titans, my guess is between 8-9 and 10-7.  They have a good coach so we have to wait and see what they do.  They got good reviews of their draft picks overall.  They also signed a few key players.
