The play of both OTs

Only scoring 3 points in 2nd half with all the offensive production we had

1. Fleener starting to play like he should...the man should have had 2 TDs...a dumb penalty cost him a TD on a play that he made a good catch in traffic.

 

2. The offensive play calling was very bad at least a dozen times...the plays did not seem to fit the game situation...especially at the end of the game throwing 2 long passes with 1:45-ish on the clock when the Colts should be trying to move the chains twice and chew up the clock with some runs and short passes...before scoring very late.

1. TE  Fleener played solid all game long IMO. 

 

2.  Corner Greg Toler did not play well.

1. Andrew looking for FleenR.

 

2. The single covered receiver wide open cutting inside on the big 4th & ten as Andrew was focused right.

I thought they did a better job protecting Luck

 

Not sure what went wrong but we had chances to win that game

 

So, they are competitive. I'm happy

 

No negatives from me aside from our injuries so far

Bradshaw looked good.

Luck was not sharp.

Positive - Colts answered right back and stayed in the game after quick scores by Miami

Negative - Having the feeling throughout the game the officials were going to screw the Colts out of a win no matter what they did

1.Castonzo and Cherilus both played like a top 5 OT tandem, Luck had a lot of time in the pocket.

 

2. Greg Manusky because he made Toler give Wallace a 5 yard cushion on almost every play which is why the slants and screen passes were open.

1. Cameron Wake getting no sacks.

2. Not having Bradshaw in on the last series.
