They're obviously not going to all make the team. Word is that we're going to use CK as a practice QB so that the defense can be prepared for guys like Wilson and Kaepernick that we have to face this year. Otherwise he'll be another TE. Not sure about the other guys though.

They had a great draft and now they signed a lot of UDFAs, some of which are talented like Johnny Adams, Nwachukwu and Cierre Wood.

Good Lord, did they only have 50 something on the roster prior to the draft? I know the Colts only had roster space to sign 7 UDFAs

no texans... not all udfa are as good as arian foster..

It's pretty common for teams to bring in 15-25 UDFAs.  They kind of have to bring in that many considering that there are 90 roster spots to fill during the offseason.  Obviously almost all of those guys will be axed in the process of getting down to 53.

 

Trying to poke fun at the Texans over this is pretty silly, honestly.  I love seeing the Skins cycle through as many young prospects during the offseason as possible on the off-chance that one will exceed expectations and stick.

It is still a 53 man roster, it is not like they get to have 63.

 

My question is, do these guys get paid for being on that 90, even if they don't make the roster or practice squad, till pre-season gets done?
