Is it me, or does John Harbaugh seem a lot more confident then his brother?

Feel free to tell me I am overanalyzing this too much or to give me a "Dear God" in reply.

 

But, watching these two all week together or separately in interviews does anyone else get the sense Jim is a lot more worried/concerned/agitated/uncomfortable then his super smiley calm brother who seems like he is walking on cloud nine half the time?

 

Granted Jim is the more intense brother but I am not digging the vibes from him all week.

Jim does not like to talk to the media.  Here at the bay area, they love him and are afraid to ask him questions in fear of being mocked by him.

 

His wife in an interview said he had to tell Jim to be nice and smile during media day.

 

So I am sure his awkwardness can seem not confident.

Interviews don't concern me. Wake me up at 5:30 P.M. Sunday night when both Jim & John are patrolling the the sidelines. I ride with Jim Harbaugh & the 49ers on this one. I admire gutsy risk takers vs coaches who play it safe.

Yeah see when you have two weeks of brother vs. brother you start to over think stuff. Sigh.

 

I also think it has to feel a bit odd too. One of them has to lose to the other to become the Champion.

Jim does not like the media, he always looks like he's going to freak on them. Don't worry that over confidence is going to be the death of this Ravens team when Flacco blows it for them. I am praying that Joe Flacco blows this game in Niel O'Donnell style for them.

John seems a lot more cool-headed to me. Jim is a lot more emotional and animated. Sometimes the later comes off as confidence, other times a lack thereof.

 

I find John a lot more likeable, personally.

 

I didn't care for Jim's hysterics at the end of the game, motioning for a holding call... do it once to make your point, then just stop. Please. I understand the emotions are in control there, but I think when he sees the tape, it won't feel like his proudest moment.

I admire Jim's passion, but sometimes he comes off as a big baby.

I am torn...

I want to like Captain Comeback since he  was a huge part of the Colts organization throughout the ninties & is in the Ring of Honor...

but his coaching style, sideline antics, & overall persona are getting a bit tired...
