That's a good deal for both sides. Olsen is everything to the Panthers' offense.

Solid TE, and he seems like a classy guy. Good for both sides. If Cam can stay healthy and play well, the Panthers can return to form next year IMO. They have to get another WR to pair with Benjamin. Maclin or Cobb would fit in nicely.

He's at least a tier or two above our pair of TEs IMO. Hopefully their deals reflect this.
