LIGHTS OUT

Agreed!

Even though they are paid to talk, they seem to avoid talking about our Colts! Give our boys the credit they deserve!

The Colts just have to keep winning. IMO they have played 4 games this season against quality opponents - Den, Phi, Balt, and Cinn. - and they're 2-2.  If they closed out Philly, the media would be all over them.  But let them continue to slide under the radar screen - they seem to be playing with a chip.

No doubt we were the dominant team today.  BUT, and no I'm not that guy, it was a home game.  Personally before I crown them anything I want to see it on the road consistently.  It's one thing for somebody to come to our house and we punch them in the mouth, it's another for us to punch a team in the mouth in their own house.

I'm not sure the Jags count(?)

You gotta lose to the 3-3 Seahawks to be considered elite...

Seahawks are paper tigers on the road and play much better with that 12th man at home. Now, injuries are mounting to Maxwell across Sherman, Bobby Wagner at LB and their DL does not have depth and their pass rush is stinking, teams are finding out. Heck, the Chargers beat the Seahawks at home but that does not mean much when you lose to the Chiefs at home. Right now, I do think the Broncos and Colts are playing the best ball in the AFC and depending on who plays at home, one's defense plays better than the other, I feel, more so with the Colts whose D relishes home cooking.

If the Colts are not top 4 in the league after today's win, I don't know what to say. Only the Cowboys, Broncos and Eagles can be ranked higher, IMO.

Well the jags did just beat the Browns. Who all week they been saying how real the Browns were. The Browns have had some good quality wins. We just need to keep pecking them off. This is a new team. This isn't the Colts from last two years

You mean number #1 Defense in the NFL!!!!!!! Great Shut out today!!!  :colts:

Sorry, but Colts aren't the #1 defense in the NFL...they're #3 :D

#3 in total defense...total yards allowed per game (311.1)

#4 in points per game (19.4)

#2 in first downs allowed per game (17.6...Dallas is #1 with 17.4)

#1 in 3rd down conversion % (26%)

T-#9 in defensive penalties (40)

#1 in time of possession allowed per game (23:04)

#9 in yards allowed per pass (7.0)

#5 in pass yards allowed per game (213.3)

#1 in completion percentage allowed (56.3%)

T-#3 in passing TDs allowed (8)

T-#3 in total sacks

T-#14 in INT (6...would love to see this one go up)

#9 in Rush yards allowed per game (96.7)

#25 in yards allowed per rush (4.6)...this is by far the worst statistically speaking, but I don't think the defense is as bad as this number looks. both Baltimore and Houston got some garbage running yards once they got down by 2+ scores and the colts were playing primarily Nickel D.
