I always liked Mike Holmgren as a QB coach and head coach. He struggled with performing GM/HC duties in Seattle at the same time. But, Mike knows football and has a good eye for talent and he picks up decent players at lower spots in the draft and he refuses to pay too much for good not great talent. I wish Mike would show more respect to HOF RB Jim Brown though.

Also, the Browns really need a mascot on their helmets too and perhaps they should rename their facility UPS stadium too. They are the Dog Pound Browns after all and dogs always bark and attack the UPS man right? Works for me anyway.
