Good for him, if you want to play like an all pro you must train like one. I hope that he is soaking in all that he can and picking his brain.

buckner was worth every penny of his contract this is what george odum fails to realize .  Big money comes when you are a game wrecker on and off the field .   this proves why buckner is worth so much he is the first guy in the building and helps the young guys . he is a second coach on the field and off the field .

I am just going to be brutally honest. Banogu needs to step it up in 2021. Glad to hear he is working hard this off-season to improve. I am rooting for him.

I'm happy Buckner has taken him under his wings, but I'd prefer it if he were getting DE technique training from an actual DE like

I could be wrong, but I thought he was out on his own now (gun for hire) and no longer working directly for the Colts. IIRC, he has his own training facility along with Daniel Muir

This is great! I keep hearing about how his work ethic isn’t the best and I’ve heard Buckner’s is top notch so definitely a step in the right direction. We’re really gonna need him, Lewis, and Turay this year.
