Two deeply flawed teams, but I thiink Cam Newton outplays Winston

Poor Arizona.  They really have a lot of work in front of them if they're ever going to become credible.  Seriously, what is it with Arizona sports?  Not one franchise in any league is doing anything worth a damn for them.

 

Dal vs Was

 

I respect the desperate work Washington has put into trying to desperately patch their franchise back together but Dallas is just a more complete team.  

 

Ind vs Ten

 

I see a shootout that our defense wins on takeaways

 

Sea vs Pit

 

The Steelers are humiliated and in desperate need of a rebound and even with recent events are still a very, very strong franchise.  I think they come out swinging against a franchise that's been middling for awhile. 

 

Buf vs NYG  The Bills are a dark horse.  Josh Allen is a good quarterback, they have a deent run game and they have some interesting pieces on D.  If their receivers can cure themselves of dropsy they could make some noise this year.  I think Buffalo is your pick to finish second in the AFC East with a 9-7 record or so.

 

SF vs Cin

 

The Bengals are in a similar position to us, looked good in a losing effort last week.  Meanwhile the 9ers are still quite shaky and aren't really looking good as a unit right now.  I think this might be one of the better games this week as the teams are reasonably well matched, but it's also gonna be a game where flags fly.  A lot.  Neither team is all that disciplined.

 

LAC vs Det

 

Against another team I'd predict the Chargers might struggle after getting pushed hard on their own field last week, but Detroit's a mess, so I see the Chargers picking up a road win.

 

Min vs GB

Ask me which is more likely to be the mirage, the Vikings playing well or Rodgers looking mortal, I'm going to pick the Vikings to come back to earth.

 

Jax vs Hou

 

Houston is talented but not well led.  Gonna overlook the Jaguars a bit and I think Watson's going to struggle against that defense.  Comes down to whether their emergency QB can get anything going but I think they scratch a few points out and the complete lack of pass protection keeps Watson on the back foot all night

 

NE vs MIA 

 

Could be awhile before we see another New England loss, even with the AB distractions.

 

KC vs Oak

 

Jokeland is going to be competing with Arizona for the first round pick

 

NO vs LAR

 

Call me nuts but I don't think the Saints are as strong as they were in years past, unless they  come out hard I think the Rams D eats them alive.

 

Chi vs Den

 

If Chicago can't win this one they have some real problems.

 

Phi vs Atl

 

Call me nuts but I think there's something seriously flawed about the Philly roster and leadership.  I think the Falcons pick this one up and start to get their O in sync after all the injuries last year.

This is a completely different MIA team, last 4 years they've been a solid team. Where as now, they are one of the worst football rosters I've seen in a long time, not as bad as the 2017 browns, but I think coaching had a lot to do with going 0-16( they're roster wasn't too bad ), and I think MIA has a good to sub par coaching staff.
