Week Three Upsets

Buffalo over the Cards and when is the last time Pittsburgh was held to three points?! Carolina falls to the Vikings. One early question on the NFC now is who is the boss?

I am pretty lost on the NFC. Maybe Seattle does it again and they often peak late in the year, Wilson keeps getting banged up though sadly.

I'm not real surprised about Carolina's loss; just thought that it would be a closer game.  Minnesota has one of the top defenses in the NFL, and Newton has been off this season, with the exception of one game. 

 

What's strange is all the teams losing to rookie quarterbacks. I don't recall that happening before. And these are teams who are suppose to be playoff bound.

Minnesota doing it without starting QB, and without Peterson. Looking pretty good and I'm thinking the Bengals kept the wrong Coach.

I just can't believe that the ultimate upset of the week would not be the eagles OVER the steelers by the margin. The eagles are shining and I'm shocked given the crap and turmoil that team has gone through in the past year. Blows my mind.

I know a lot of people got eliminated on the Giants, Steelers and and Cardinals games from my knockout pools.  This next week has some tricky games too in my opinion. Minn over Car didn't really surprise me.  Buf over Ari really surprised me and so did Phi over Pitt.  Wentz is playing awesome though and the Eagles D put it to Big Ben.

To me, the Eagles and the Vikings look like the real deal in the NFC with the Seahawks who typically peak around November and December. All defensive teams.

 

The AFC, it will be the Patriots, Broncos, Colts and Ravens when it is all said and done. Ravens have always been mentally tough, we will see how they fare when the schedule gets tougher.
