2 AFC losses though and the Bengals are 2-0 and the Steelers and Browns are 1-1. It is still early but they are in a hole and need some wins in the next few weeks to stay in contention ...

The Jags stadium was as loud as it had been in years. Good for them. Man were our predictions off this week...Raiders, Jags, Buccs, Browns, etc.

Sure Mark. But they should have beaten a very vulnerable Denver team. And to lose to the Raiders is an upset even though Carr is a good QB and they are not a putrid team anymore. Still plenty of time left but with no Suggs and a tough division they need to have better showings soon.

I like Derek Carr.  I hope the Raiders can really surround him with talent and develop him to his potential.  I hope the Raiders do well, though I'm not sold on Del Rio's coaching ability.

 

As for the Ravens, I think they'll be fine.  They've faced a lot of adversity and injuries and they've still made it.  I think they'll be fine and still compete for a playoff spot
